Refund policy

REGULAR PRICED ITEMS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only eligible for a store credit via gift card with 15% restocking fee deducted from gift card amount. Refunds are not applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet this criteria or show signs of wear.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sisterberry.ca with photos of the items you'd like to return. Please note that return labels and a restocking fee will be invoiced and the customer/buyer is responsible for covering these costs, including custom fees for international orders. These costs must be paid first.

** Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be credited via electronic gift card within 10 business days with 15% restocking fee deducted from gift card amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@sisterberry.ca.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or any orders with a discount promotional code used. We also do not price match or apply discount codes on previous orders during a sale event. All discounted items including promotional discounted shipping are FINAL SALE. No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
